Privacy Policy

CG Motive AI ("CG Motive AI", "we", "us", or "our") operates the website at cgmotive.ai (the "Site") and provides operations consulting and related services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site or contact us, how we use that information, and the choices you have. It applies to the Site and to inquiries you send us through it, not to engagements governed by a separate written agreement, which may include additional data terms.

We collect information in the following ways:

• Information you provide. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, company, optional phone number, your message, and your preferred response method (email, call, or booking). If you email us directly, we receive whatever information you choose to include.
• Technical information. Our hosting and backend providers automatically log standard request data such as IP address, browser type, referring URL, and timestamps. This is used for security, abuse prevention, and basic operation of the Site.
• Cookies. We use essential cookies only (see "Cookies & Tracking" below). We do not run third-party advertising or behavioral analytics on the Site.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiry and follow up about a potential engagement;
• Deliver, maintain, and improve the Site and our services;
• Protect the Site against fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal information on the following legal bases: (a) to take steps at your request prior to entering a contract (e.g., responding to your inquiry); (b) our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Site; and (c) where applicable, your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

We use cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to operate the Site (for example, basic session and security cookies). We do not run third-party analytics, advertising, cross-site tracking, or third-party chat services.

To improve the Site, we run a first-party, cookieless reach measurement. For each page view we record: the path, language, referrer host (e.g. "google.com"), a truncated user-agent string, a random session identifier stored only in the browser's sessionStorage (not a cookie; cleared when the browser closes), and the country from the HTTP request header. We do not store IP addresses and we do not share this data with third parties. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in privacy-preserving reach measurement). You can object to this processing at any time by emailing us.

We also use Google Search Console to monitor how our pages appear in Google search results. Search Console only exposes aggregated, anonymous query statistics that Google already collects; it does not track individual visitors on our Site.

We rely on a small number of vetted service providers to operate the Site and store inquiries, including hosting, backend database, and email delivery providers. These providers process information on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

We retain contact inquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable business record, typically up to 24 months, after which they are deleted or anonymized unless a longer retention period is required by law or by an active engagement. Server logs are retained for a shorter period for security and operational purposes.

CG Motive AI is based in the United States and processes information there. If you contact us from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have data protection laws different from those in your country.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to receive a portable copy, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and limit the use of certain information, and the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights. We use industry-standard measures to protect information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate.
